العنوان تجد انة معنون بتقديم السيسي لاوباما وذلك بناء علي طلب الرئيس اوباما ليقابل السيسي محددا اللقاء يساعة واحدة أمتدت الي نصف ساعة أخري لعديد الملفات ...المهم ان خلفيات هذا اللقاء معقدة للغاية وهذا واضح من خلال نظرة الرئيس اوباما الي السيسي وكأن لسان حال اوباما يقول للسيسي ها أنا في لقاء معك الان يامن اوجدت وأثرت قلائق وأهتزت المنطقة كلها من خلال فعلتك التي لن أنساة وجلوسي معك لايعني أني أتعاون معك بقدر ما أني أتعرف عليك وعلي أفكارك من خلال لقائي هذا معك ..والمحلل للقاء والمدقق أيضا لخلفبات هذا اللقاء بجد أنة جاء بعد لقاء السيسي ببوتين وهذا لن ينساة الرئيس اوباما خصوصا في تلك الفترة والمعقدة فية العلاقات الدبلوماسية تماما مع روسيا وذلك لخلفيات ضم القرم جزيرة اوكرانيا الي روسيا مخالفا بذلك بوتين كل أوربا الغربية ودول عديدة من اوربا الشرقية ومعارضا لذلك أيضا واشنطن في هذا التصرف الذي أعاق العلاقات الدبلوماسية بين القوتين العظميتين وأعاد العالم الي ذكريات الحرب الباردة والتي تحيط الان بالاجواء ...كل هذا في مخيلة الرئيس اوباما وذلك فقط من خلال نظرتة الي السيسي والتي جسدتها الكاميرات ..وللحقيقة وللامانة فالرئيس اوباما متابع جيد لكل مايحدث في العالم من احداث ..ولكن ايضا للامانة أجد أنة في احيانا كثيرة يأخذ بأراء الادارة الامريكية في القرار وقد يكوم لة وجهة نظر اخري الا أنة يساير الاوضاع والظروف وأيضا منعا لآي خلاف مع خصومة في المعارضة الامريكية ...لكن الادهي من ذلك والذي لايعرفة اوباما ان السيسي يعرف اوباما بشكل أخر غير الذي يراة بشاشات التلفاز او من حلال متابعتة السياسية بالقراءة وخلافة من السفراء او ماشابة ولكن الذي لايعرفة اوباما ان للسيسي صديق مقرب بالادارة الامريكية وهو وزير الدفاع تشاك هيجل وكانا الاثنين صديقان حميمان فمعرفة السيسي لاوباما تتأتي من خلال تكلم هيجل لة عن اوباما فالسيسي أخذ أنظباع ومعرفة عن اوباما قد لاتكون في محلة بأعتبار ربما تكون اراء هيجل في اوباما للسيسي تحاملية علي اوباما ولا تكن موضوعية او حقيقية ..وعلية فأنظباع السيسي عن اوباما قد يكون في محلة او لايكون في محلة ...أنما الاكيد في ذلك هو انطباع أوباما عن السيسي ....فهو اي الرئيس اوباما معاصر جيد جدا لآحداث 25/يناير كثورة عارمة علي الظلم والطغيان ومدرك أبضا جيد جدا ل30/6 كأطاحة بالرئيس محمد مرسي ..اي ان الرجل يعرف جيد شخصية السيسي اكثر مما يعرف السيسي اوباما وهذا يحسب لاوباما ايضا بأعتبار أنة طالب للقاء اي ان في الاخر وبصراحة دون مواربة اوباما أكثر حنكة بطلبة لهذا اللقاء .
